Individual Coaching

Individual coaching is for someone who wants to dig deeper, go further, and truly bring on their own rockstar status with their health. Limited availability.

If you are interested in CHAT BASED coaching, I also have a Concierge Coaching Program for your unique goals. This is more of an accountability part.

Run Coaching

Looking to cross the finish line of your first 5k or more! I have a few slots available to help coach you to your next level. This is great for beginners and those who use run/walk (it’s my preferred way to run too!)

Workshops or Group Coaching

Have some friends or a work event that you want to bring SPARK and fun too? Let’s collaborate and bring a program to your gal pals wine night or office that will help move everyone forward with their individual goals.

Speaking and Other Options
