5 big β€œhell yes” times I celebrated health:

*my perspective on health is truly holistic and whole - looking at the whole wheel of health

Health and Fitness Celebrations: I am a Nationally Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). I trained at Duke Integrative Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. I also have my MBA from Georiga Southern University and B.S. in Biology. I am an RRCA-certified run coach, group fitness, TRX, and spin instructor. I have finished 2 marathons, one Half Ironman, countless half marathons, and other races. Last year I even ran a 6-hour race - laps around a vineyard. There are worse places to run loops for hours! Currently, I am learning how to surf right here on the Central Coast in Morro Bay!

Expanding Horizons Celebrations: I love to travel and even did a month-long car camping trip on Vancouver Island, BC. for my honeymoon.

Doing Scary Sh*t Celebrations:
I love the outdoors, adventures, and saying β€œhell yes” to new opportunities. I have been skydiving, am a certified Rescue Diver, been shark diving, zorbing, base jumped off the highest tower in the Southern Hemisphere (in New Zealand), had fireworks explode right over my head and hit the bus next to us in Austria for New Years, and even hitch hiked on a remote island off New Zealand while staying in a hostel (sorry Mom!).

Taking Back my Life Celebrations:
I started the 140 over 90 Run to benefit the Preeclampsia Foundation and advocate for long-term health after a diagnosis. I had postpartum preeclampsia at 9 days PP and am so thankful to be here and healthy! I am humbled to raise over $30,000 for the Preeclampsia Foundation in the three years since I created the event. Literal Celebrations:
I love a good theme party and gala, but am just as comfortable in a dive bar, beach bonfire, or Netflix and jammies for a fun night. But my favorite way to celebrate is with my family and our themed celebrations (hello, Dollar Store decor) or living room dance parties!
